SOC 2 Accreditation

Building trust and confidence is the cornerstone of our partnership with our clients and prospective clients. With an initial understanding of requirements in place, we quickly reach the stage where we need to be able to prove our capabilities. We use a mix of subject matter expertise, functional and technical demonstrations, documentation and client references to guarantee a successful solution delivery. 

We also recognised early on the need to be able to give the same level of assurance regarding the excellence of our organisational processes and in our management of confidential client data. Insurers by their very nature have complex and sophisticated client data management requirements allied to huge volumes of data. SOC 2 is the gold standard for providing that assurance.

A SOC 2 certification is a critical security accreditation process that validates systems and processes, to ensure they meet the highest standards for data privacy, confidentiality, and system resilience. This means that not only is data security given the highest priority but as an accredited company, Cenata is required to meet the rigorous compliance standards necessary to receive the certification. 

As a result, we are delighted to announce that we have achieved our SOC 2 accreditation.

Whilst we are now able to demonstrate airtight controls, we see SOC 2 as also laying the foundation of security policies and processes that will evolve to support the continuing levels of growth we are delivering at Cenata.
