Neil joined us earlier this month, bringing with him over 30+ years of extensive experience in outwards reinsurance. With a background that spans previous roles at Minster, Markel, and Compre, Neil has firmly established himself as an expert in outwards reinsurance. Assuming the position of Lead Reinsurance Analyst for CenataSure, Neil will play a crucial role in shaping our reinsurance strategies.



He brings a wealth of technical expertise and industry insight, coupled with a talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Neil is also recognised as a strong team player and relationship builder. Additionally, his profound understanding of reinsurance principles and ability to rapidly assess client portfolios during due diligence processes are invaluable assets to our team.
