# Cenata hosts inaugural CenataSure User Group at Lloyd’s Building

Cenata is delighted to announce the successful launch of the first CenataSure User Group, held on 4th November at the Lloyd’s Building in London, with a sister virtual meeting for international clients on the 6^th^ November.



The events mark an important milestone in Cenata’s ongoing collaboration with its live clients, not the start of something new, but the formalisation of the strong relationships and open dialogue that have been central to Cenata’s growth from the very beginning.



Since inception, Cenata’s ambition has been to create a community around CenataSure, its outwards reinsurance platform, a place where clients can share experiences, exchange knowledge, and shape the platform’s evolution together. The new user group provides that structure: a dedicated forum designed to strengthen collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the reinsurance market.



The CenataSure User Group exists to:



- Share knowledge and experience from real-world implementations
- Gather and prioritise feedback to guide future development
- Showcase best practice across the user community
- Build lasting connections between CenataSure clients
- Provide insight into likely and near-future functionality and capabilities



Representatives from across Cenata’s client base were invited to the inaugural meetings, which were hosted by Shaun Attwood, Cenata’s Product Director.

The launch of the CenataSure User Group marks a significant step in Cenata’s commitment to partnership and co-development. It reinforces our shared vision to deliver clean data, operational efficiency, and trusted outwards reinsurance transformation through collaboration and innovation.
