CenataSure (The Platform)

CenataSure is an outwards reinsurance platform built on Microsoft Azure. Across 11 modules and 54 features, it automates the full reinsurance lifecycle - from contract configuration and premium and claims calculation through to broker and reinsurer settlement, analytics and regulatory reporting - in real time and at any data volume.

It is cloud-based, inwards-agnostic and API-enabled, so it integrates with your existing policy administration and placement systems rather than replacing them.

Multi Company

Handles a single entity or parent with multiple subsidiaries

Multi Territory

Processes premiums and claims from all territories and contracts, can exclude / include single or multiple territories

Full Coding

Fully configurable, with housekeeping functions that can be maintained by the user

Brokers

Set up with your standard list of brokers, including your internal account numbers.

Reinsurers

Set up with your standard list of reinsurers, whether these are accounted direct or through a broker

Currencies

Handles any number of original or settlement currencies and contracts, can be set up with multiple currencies

Bespoke Data Fields

Custom fields can be created to support bespoke data capture.

Users and Roles

Allows a company administrator to define who can access the system, including their access rights.

Global Set-up

Allows a company administrator to define who can access the system, including their access rights.

Sure Admin

Gives you full control over your environment, its settings and which rules are applied.

Facultative

Facultative contracts on a proportional or excess of loss can be calculated

Quota share fixed or variable and surplus contract can be calculated

Multi section

Multiple sections on a contract allow for the most complex reinsurance contracts to be automated

Multi-currency

Contracts can be set up in multiple currencies with slip rates to correspond to the cover note

Benefit rules can be applied to handle the most complex inuring arrangements.

XL Clauses

Powerful clauses allow for complex conditions to be automated such as loss warranties and hours clauses.

Sure Data

Handles the data coming from your policy admin system, this can be enhanced once inside CenataSure.

Policy

Policy data is imported from your policy admin system, the required fields that are used to calculate reinsurance contracts

Premium, by type

Quota share fixed or variable and surplus contract can be calculated.

Exchange Rates

Exchange rates on multiple basis are imports to facilitate currency conversion clauses.

Events

Events are imported from your policy or claims system and can be enhanced by the user

Claims

Claims provide a link between the event and the claim movement and contain loss data such as peril or territory.

Claim movements

Daily claim movements are imported for proportional and excess of loss calculations.

Standard Data

Policy, premiums, events, claims and claim movements are standard data imports that are required on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for reinsurance calculations.

Bespoke Data

Cessions or contracts load may be required to be automated.

Sure Analytics

Our analytics engine, this delivers insight from your data which can then be elegantly packaged in Sure BI.

Calculations

Provide calculations for premiums and claims and reinstatements for all contracts including all benefitting tiers.

Financial Ledger

A full financial ledger showing full details of issued amounts, and settled and unsettled balances broker and reinsurer at a granular level.

Statistical Ledger

Shows the latest calculated position on all contracts, included unissued and for all types of premium at a granular level.

Surplus Sessions

Calculates surplus cession percentages and calculates premium and claims movements.

Earnings

Can be created for each contract to calculate the earned and unearned premium.

Sure BI

This module delivers the results of CenataSure’s analytics, presenting a wide range of different reports and intelligence.

Document Management

Integrates with SharePoint online to store collection / advice notes plus cover notes and endorsements.

Notifications and Alerts

Provides the users with notifications for missing data, expiring contracts, instalments due for payment, Erosion and other important events. Notifications are configurable by user.

Standard Reports

Shows the latest calculated position on all contracts, included unissued and for all types of premium at a granular level.

Bespoke Report Builder

Utilises Microsoft Power BI to allow the user to create a report from any data in the system.

Dashboard Builder

Configurable by user so they only see tasks relevant to their roles.

BI / AI

Our powerful data reporting suite that underpins the whole spectrum of reporting that CenataSure can produce.

Calculation Exports

Provides a complete audit of each calculations including currency conversion and benefit.

Premium Type Reporting

Unlimited premium types can be imported, calculating earned and unearned amounts.

Integrates with Xchanging / DXC for full electronic LORS messages for a Lloyd’s Syndicate.
